Shopping Code of Conduct

1. Have Fun!

2. Doors open at 9AM.

3. Line saving is NOT permitted and will result in you being asked to step to the back of the line.

4. Placing chairs or personal items in line does NOT guarantee your spot in line.

5. Strollers, backpacks, or outside bags are NOT permitted in the store. This includes large purses. Small wallets are permitted.

6. Be Nice! Aggression will NOT be tolerated. No running or pushing, etc. Failure to be respectful of others will result in removal from our location.

7. If bags, shopping carts, or product itself are unattended, the items within may be returned to the bins by staff.

8. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

9. Once your bags / shopping carts are full, please proceed to check out.

10. Please do not leave trash or personal items behind while waiting in line.

11. Tossing products is prohibited. If you don't choose to buy items, others will want to therefore unwanted items must go back into the bins as orderly as possible.

12. We do not hold any items after purchase so be aware all sales must leave with you at time of purchase.

13. By shopping The Bin Store you understand items sold can and will be in varying conditions including but not limited to items new, used, overstock shelf pulls, customer returns, working and or non working and acknowledge ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

14. In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of products offered, won or sold from The Bin Store.
